We design corporate airsoft events as complete experiences. The programme typically includes a welcome briefing, safety training, game rounds with varied scenarios and a closing discussion. During the closing discussion, participants can share their observations and reflections — often the most valuable part of the day.

We can customise scenarios to emphasise specific skills your team needs to develop. If communication is the goal, we create scenarios where information sharing is decisive. If leadership development is the priority, we design roles that give different team members the chance to lead.

Corporate events are primarily organised in Tallinn and Loksa — outdoor areas with varied terrain that genuinely remove participants from their everyday office routine. When everyone is in BDU clothing with a replica in hand, job titles matter much less and real team dynamics emerge naturally.

The tactical diversity of our game areas allows us to design varied scenarios — from fast short games to longer strategic battles. We can accommodate corporate groups of 10 to 50 participants. Other locations on request — Suure-Jaani, Naissaare, Haapsalu, Viljandi.

Gear and Safety

All gear is provided by us — participants only need to bring comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. Safety is our top priority. Our experienced game leaders ensure that all safety rules are followed and everyone can enjoy the game safely.

Airsoft is suitable for people of all fitness levels. The game scenarios can be designed to involve more or less movement depending on the group's needs. People of all ages can participate — we have successfully organised events for groups ranging from 20-year-olds to over 60-year-olds.
