A private airsoft event means your group gets the entire gaming area for yourselves. No strangers in the game — just your people, your scenarios and your day. This gives us the opportunity to fully customise the event for your specific group, whether it's friends gathering for a special occasion, a sports club outing or a family celebration for older participants.

Private events are popular for occasions that don't fit neatly into the category of a birthday party or corporate event — perhaps a school class outing, a sports team celebration, a class reunion or simply a group of friends who want a unique shared experience.

How Does a Private Event Work?

Planning starts with a conversation — we discuss your group's composition, experience level and what kind of experience you're looking for. Based on that, we design game scenarios and select the most suitable location. If you have specific wishes — a particular theme, special roles or a unique scenario — we're happy to incorporate them.

On the day of the event, our game leaders take care of everything. From briefing and safety training to running the game rounds and making sure everyone has a great time. Your group can fully focus on the experience — the logistics are our responsibility.

Everything Included — Gear for Rent

For a private event, all necessary equipment is provided — quality replicas, certified protective eyewear, BDU clothing and ammunition. Participants only need comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activity. No prior experience is required — our game leaders ensure everyone can participate and enjoy themselves regardless of experience level.

Participants who have their own equipment are of course welcome to use it. Just let us know when booking so we can prepare the right amount of rental gear.

Location Options

Private events are primarily organised in Tallinn and Loksa — outdoor areas with varied terrain that create authentic and engaging game scenarios for any group. The diversity of our game areas allows us to design scenarios suited to your group's size and experience level. Other locations — Suure-Jaani, Naissaare, Haapsalu, Viljandi — are available on request. If you have a specific preferred location in mind, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

Group Size and Duration

Private events work well with groups of 8 to 50 participants. Smaller groups get an intensive personal experience, larger groups can be divided into teams for competition. Event duration is typically 3–5 hours, but can be customised to suit your needs — shorter intensive sessions or longer full-day events are both possible.

Airsoft is suitable for participants from age 13. Participants under 18 require parental consent. People of all fitness levels can participate — our game leaders adapt scenarios to the physical capabilities of the group.

How to Book?

Booking a private event is done via Harkuairsoft.ee. For custom programme requests or larger groups, we recommend contacting us via the contact form on the services page. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available.
